What I really enjoy is being out there, working my veggie patch. Some days the weather makes things just too wet and soggy, so why not use some of those forced indoor moments to share my experiences of organic vegetable growing?
Asked to get some stuff in from the garden, I came back in with onions from store, green and red sprouts off the plants, uprooted parsnips and fresh cut parsley, rocket and mizuna.

the green and red sprouts look amazing - I think I am one of the few people who likes sprouts and I didn't know they come in different colours!
I love them. I'd say the red and green taste the same, but the colour stays with cooking and they look nice. More info at here:
